This is a large and commanding specimen featuring multiple sprays of thick Creedite crystals. Some areas show surface contact zones, consistent with multi point growth within the host pocket. The underside hosts small associated Fluorite crystals, adding visual interest and mineralogical context without overwhelming the primary Creedite formation.
Stone and Locality Description
Collected from the Navidad Mine in Abasolo, Rodea Municipality, Durango, Mexico, this specimen showcases clusters of opaque and transparent orange and clear Creedite crystals. The presence of small purple Fluorite crystals on the underside is characteristic of select material from this locality and enhances the overall complexity of the piece.
